This resource consists of 4 simple one page self evaluation tools to support leaders to reflect on their leadership skills. The tools can be used by indivudals or to support coaching conversations.
- Self evaluation questions based on the book ‘Good to Great: Why Some Companies Make the Leap & Others Don’t’ by Jim Collins. Questions have been structured into a table using the GROW model by Sir John Whitmore.
- 360 degree review sheet across a range of competencies which can be completed anonymously by peers, associates, managers and employees to support a leader to review and evaluate their leadership style.
- Range of self evaluation questions targeted at heads of department.
- Review sheet to support reflection on emotional intelligence skills used by leaders. This is based on Daniel Goleman's 'Emotional Intelligence: Why it Can Matter More Than IQ'.
