This resource consists of 4 simple one page self evaluation tools to support leaders to reflect on their leadership skills. The tools can be used by indivudals or to support coaching conversations.  

  1. Self evaluation questions based on the book ‘Good to Great: Why Some Companies Make the Leap & Others Don’t’ by Jim Collins. Questions have been structured into a table using the GROW model by Sir John Whitmore.
  2. 360 degree review sheet across a range of competencies which can be completed anonymously by peers, associates, managers and employees to support a leader to review and evaluate their leadership style. 
  3. Range of self evaluation questions targeted at heads of department.
  4. Review sheet to support reflection on emotional intelligence skills used by leaders. This is based on Daniel Goleman's 'Emotional Intelligence: Why it Can Matter More Than IQ'.
